Investment platform Crowdberry successfully closed the investment campaign for real estate project in a record 2 days, during which it managed to raise the required amount of 870,000 EUR from private investors for the project Residence Suchý Vrch in Banská Bystrica. The high interest from investors far exceeded the target amount, with the total demand almost doubling.
Crowdberry offered its investors the opportunity to participate in the financing of the premium residential project Residence Suchý Vrch, in one of the most sought-after locations of Banská Bystrica. The residential project, currently under construction with a valid building permit and approved bank financing, brings investors a unique opportunity to become co-owners of a lucrative property. Upon completion of construction, investors will share the profits from the sale of the apartments with the developer, thus appreciating their investment with an expected return of 15% per annum.
"The speed with which we reached our target amount confirms the interest in investing in well-prepared residential projects with a transparent investment structure," said Peter Povala, Equity Manager at Crowdberry. "The protection mechanisms make the investment safer for investors, while the expected capital return, unique project location, and two-year investment horizon attracted significant investor interest."
The developer of the project is FWD Construct s.r.o., a member of the KLM Real Estate a.s. group, which has extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of development projects. This project is the last opportunity to build residential buildings in the stabilized area of Suchý vrch, where all building plots are already sold out. The developer is currently reporting pre-sales of almost 20%. The construction is currently at the stage of ground and foundation works.
Direct and local investing is increasingly resonating with Slovaks, as confirmed by the Crowdberry investment platform itself, where investors can currently find other investment opportunities in which they can either co-own local companies or lend them capital. In a similar segment, construction, Slovaks have the opportunity to co-own a company with a patent for lightweight concrete Terratico, where investor interest over EUR 1 million is indicated.
